Events
Reema teaches and performs at yoga studios, health and wellness retreat centers, and a variety of venues such as NGOs, schools, temples, shelters, and clinics.
Reema’s workshops, private sessions, and retreats include mantra; the use of sound to calm and elevate the mind, Yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, nutrition and cooking. Her discussion topics include:
· Sanskrit and the Power of Sound;
· The Origins of Yoga and its links with Shamanism and Spiritual traditions world-wide;
· Ayurvedic Nutrition;
· Yoga for Cancer recovery;
· Personal Responsibility; the Power to heal Oneself and Others; and,
· Yogic views on Freedom, Creativity, Forgiveness, Courage and Love.
