During this seven-day intensive we will engage in daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, singing and somatic psychotherapy. This is an incredible opportunity to live a yogic lifestyle from the time you wake until you sleep with the support to process & assimilate what arises as you purify, strengthen and deepen into living fully.

• Various forms of ambient and live music
• Three prepared meals (raw and ayurvedic largely made from the fresh fruit and vegetables grown on and near the land)

Ryan Mulnick, acoustic guitarist and percussionist, and assistant teacher at PCAB, will offer support in Yoga, live music and therapeutic Awareness Oriented Structural Integration and/or relaxing massage to retreatants. (extra fee for bodywork sessions).
